Two Days in Tyler!!!

I spent two days last week with my training partners Deanna, Lesley and Judy in Tyler, Texas!  Why Tyler you ask???  Because that is where the "Guru Of The Bike Fit", John Cobb now resides and has his shop!!!!

I'm preparing a post about everything we learned and his protocol and system for bike fitting.  It was interesting to say the least.  I could have spent days watching and asking questions.  We ran, we swam and we rode - not a lot but I am super sore!

For now this will have to suffice to prove that I was really there!
